I visited this place and all that was excellent, I enjoy my smoothie back to small rocks! Fast service polite

This is a super sweet, super clean restaurant. You even have a DRIVE-THRU!! The service was quick and friendly.

When did Topical Smoothie start selling smoothies in another size cup? I ordered two meals and two smoothies. They put my smoothies in a cup holder and put them in bags as well as the food I ordered. I come home and I have the regular size smoothie that naturally comes the big cup, but when I got the second cup, it was a child size cup, but I was charged the same price as a large cup. Does it make sense, please?

Ordered the Smoky Grilled Cheese, and the sandwich was neither smokey or grilled?. at least there were cheeses. Unmelted, ice cold, cheese. And the bread wasn't even warm. Overall, I would say that I was quite disappointed with what I was served. At least the side of the sun chips was good. The sandwich gets a 0/5, the Sun chips get 5/5.

My husband and I went 20 minutes before closing and ordered sandwiches. The sandwiches were not cooked at all. Not toasted. The cheese was still shredded cheese and mozzarella pearls. I cannot believe how disappointed we were and how awful they were. There was NO LINE. No one in front of us. The workers cannot blame it on ?being busy? even though that still would not excuse it. I hope the employees are really spoken to. That is absolutely inexcusable. Who knows if they spit in our food or what else they would have put in it. I?m glad we didn?t order smoothies or I?d be worried what they would have put in there. Do NOT go to this location. We got there at 9:44 and left through the drive through at 9:48. So we thought it was quick which was great. The workers didn?t seem rude in the moment. But i cannot believe what they served us.
