Mcdonalds Grimsby Town Centre

When we were hungry and had no time for a restaurant before a show. we ordered on the screens (handy) and waited together with all Deliveryoo drivers. we had to wait one because my partner ordered a veggie burger that had to be cooked from ground, but compared to a restaurant I think it is still almost food. the dame behind the theke also assured us that eating was on the way, and explained why it had taken one (we must have seen hungry, I guess.) we tried to sit on recently cleaned sitting, but the lady cleaning asked us to sit at another place when she tried to close this corner. she asked politely and seemed a nice lady, so we don't mind. eating was standard maccies and thought us a few hours.

This morning I was very busy and had only half an hour before I had to travel somewhere. I and two others decided to catch a quick breakfast in their grimsby restaurant. but I wait for 20 minutes, I understand that they are busy, but the other two were already served while I was waiting an unusual time. however, you are more efficient and we are the contributors: lily, high and blonde haare, overheared our temper and quickly checked for my order and brought me my food almost immediately after the review, which took so long. some would not have done this, and I would have waited longer, possibly have to leave and waste money. I appreciate this service and efficiency. well done. 5/5 service by lily

Very clean environment and very friendly staff. order was quick to consider how busy she was where, and eating was warm and what I ordered. cannot complain will visit again

A lot better then last time I went food was served quickly, staff where very polite and was only to happy to ask if I needed any sauces etc......well done pink haired girl you made my visit a lot better the my previous one
