Arby's - North Charleston

I quit coming here for lunch six months ago because they can't get my order correct. Tried it again today, and they boned it up again. Stupid me for giving them yet another chance. I suppose I'll just go a little bit farther to the one on Rivers next time.

The food was good as always, but when we sat down I think it was the shift manager (she has red hair) I'm not sure was walking around the restaurant with just her socks on, really unprofessional. Next she was sitting on the counter towards the the inside ànd one of the other employees was between her legs. Definitely not appropriate for work place environment ?.

The 'sliced roast beef ' was actually so chopped or ground up that it looked like cat food. I paid for 4 sandwiches to be split between my husband and daughter. After just a few bites, they both opted for PB&j insteadUsed to be the husband 's favorite fast food, now he says he never wants Arby 's again. Don 't waste your money like I did, even the service is lacking.

Come on Arbys. Give your staff a lunch break, my fries look like someone munching on them on the way home, Burger burnt, really??

The employees here tonight were more concerned about their dance party in the restaurant than their customers.Somebody needs to get ahold of this restaurant. You are leaving money on the table with your broken systems. I miss Pam Mooneyham. She ran great restaurants!
