With the knowledge that this location is severely understaffed, I am going to give this location 2 stars even tho I’d like to give a 1 star.. however I do agree with previous reviews on this location. The drive thru was closed with no sign stating so or no communication from the staff. So here we are starving, sitting for 10+ min which is something that most people wouldn’t wanna do when they’re starving. Then it comes to us going inside to order. It took an additional 20 minutes to get the order and we were not only served stale fries (they were almost cold, it was as if they cooked the fries hours ago and left them under a heat lamp *very hard to chew* , cold sandwiches (mind you mine was severely lacking meat, very small portion for what I paid for but we were missing items. They failed to inform us upon ordering that they did not have juice for kids, yet we were charged for it. But they did compensate after coming back in and asking for a drink for our child. Though I sympathize with the staff here , I feel this is unacceptable. Considering there is a very consistent negative string of reviews as of late, I hope arbys is aware of this and something can change. I love arbys but I will not be visiting this location again. This location used to be so much better a year ago and the last time it was a good experience was when they had the Diablo dare meals out. Now it’s going downhill :
Don't go here unless you are starving to the point of death. The employees were completely absent-minded and clueless. They were cordial but didn't care at all. I ordered a ruben, and when I opened the wrapper, it was ham instead of corned beef. Ordered a 6 count of mozzarella sticks and got 4. Wife ordered a turkey bacon ranch, but they were out of ranch. None of their fountain drinks dispensers worked, and they had a sign that said use the Pilot's. Their's did not work either, and we were basically told too bad and weren't even offered alternatives or a refund. Worst service I have ever had. Will never go again.

Drive thru not open last two times I tried to grab a quick bite (in the middle of the day). No sign or other indication, just not responsive. Went inside, waited 10 min and only three people out of 10+ had their orders taken in that time. Gave up. This location used to be quick, but lack of staffing is killing it.
