Do not buy anything with moving parts from these clowns. I purchased three pieces of used refrigeration equipment for a new store and everything had a problem with it almost immediately. Ann clearly has an untrained tech who goes through the equipment before it is sent to a customer, though it doesn 't seem like that means fixing anything that is not working. I spoke to Ann about my misfortune with every piece of equipment and she was willing to send a replacement unit for a reach in cooler that died, costing me hundreds of dollars in spoiled food. However, when the replacement unit arrived and we plugged it in, it did not work either! Unbelievable! Gillette is a dishonest operation and should be closed immediately. I truly hope they go out of business.
