Contribuiți la feedbackWhat a fantastic discovery! This week, while taking a stroll along Bergenline Ave in North Bergen, NJ, we happened upon this Italian restaurant. My son noticed the massive stacks of pizza boxes outside, so we decided to step inside. We were warmly welcomed and had the pleasure of watching the chef craft a delicious large pizza just for us. He prepared the dough and freshly shredded the cheese for each pizza, which was cooked to perfection. We can't wait to return and try the exquisite Italian dishes we saw on the menu. Coming from Michigan, we've had our fair share of good pizza, but this one was truly exceptional. Thank you, Gandolfo's! We'll be back in a couple of months.
The service was extremely friendly, and the pizza was exceptional. This charming neighborhood spot truly deserves its popularity. Although there were only about 10 tables for dining in, it seemed that most of their business came from takeout, as evidenced by the continuous flow of customers. Food: 5/5
The pizza here is fantastic and very reasonably priced, although they do tend to overcook them a bit. The garlic knots are absolutely delicious!
Ordered a cheese pizza and supreme pizza. Both were very good. And the girl behind the counter was good also.HOWEVER, when i walked in. There was a slightly heavy guy hunched over the counter and stuffing his face with sloppy wings. It was disgusting and i almost walked out. There were tables and also in the back. Could not believe that someone would care so little as to eat at that location in the place.
I've ordered pizza from here before and I've been fine with it . today I ordered a sausage and pepper sandwich a hot antipasto and a cheese ravioli and all three were absolutely disgusting.... The antipasto was like a soup. The sausage and pepper was not fresh and the ravioli barely had cheese. $35 waisted .... sam's pizzeria is the place to go unfortunately, the closed now due to a fire.
