Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant has some serious issues. I ordered a pizza at 6:08 PM and was told it would arrive by 7:22 PM at the latest. When 7:45 PM came and went, I called to check on my order, only to find out it had been marked as delivered. I called back at 8:40 PM and was told it had indeed been delivered—but to the wrong address. Now, I'm facing another 30-minute wait for a new pizza. This whole situation could have been avoided if the driver had followed the correct directions on the box. There’s a reason I included them, as I've had issues like this in the past. When I tried to speak with the manager, they refused to talk to me directly and had a third party relay messages instead. I asked to speak with them, but they just changed the subject. This is completely unacceptable, and they need to resolve these issues immediately!
Really can't recommend this place for the food. There are MUCH better pizza places. I also cannot speak for anything but the pizza. But, I can attest that the service is excellent. And it's quick. If you want this style food, and your not near your favorite place, it's acceptable and affordable. I wouldn't drive there to get this pizza though.
We ordered for delivery after a long day and were severely disappointed. The chicken parm was frozen breaded patties. That is not chicken parm. The shrimp Alfredo was $20 but the shrimp was super small. The bake ziti was a poor excuse of ziti and I am sure the chicken Alfredo was probably frozen cooked chicken. Very poor quality food. And it had no flavor! How does pasta have no flavor. My 8 yr old said mom I need salt this taste like nothing. If you are not going to use quality products to make your food, don't offer it in the menu. I got a full refund, because that food was worth $20 at best not $100. They should be ashamed.
I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant where I ordered a pizza that turned out to be the worst I’ve ever had. Honestly, even a $3 frozen pizza from the grocery store would have tasted better. With rising food and restaurant prices, it’s baffling that a place would risk poor customer experiences by serving stale pizza dough. The pizza we received, topped with pepperoni and sausage, was old—very old. The crust felt like stale saltines: flat, hard, and dry. Having been a fan of pizzerias for 45 years, I know what happens to dough that’s been left out for over 24 hours. If they had any sense, they would have discarded that old dough instead of ruining the pizza with it. Antonio is known for his delicious cakes, and I’ve enjoyed many of them in the past, but there’s simply no excuse for serving something with such an unappetizing, stale crust. It’s disappointing to think that Antonio would neglect quality like this.
This restaurant claims to be Italian, but it has been the worst experience I've ever had. The Sicilian pizza had an overly sweet sauce, and the crust was not properly cooked. The penne alla vodka didn't taste right at all; it was also too sweet, and the pasta was overcooked and mushy. The Caesar salad with grilled chicken was disappointing as well — the chicken resembled dry dog food. The croutons were of poor quality. Overall, this is a subpar Italian restaurant.
