Rubio's Coastal Grill - Norco

We both ordered the coastal trio, and the original fish taco was truly one of the best crispy fish tacos I've ever had. The batter was fantastic, the fish was fresh, and it had the perfect crunchy texture without being overcooked. The black mahi-mahi taco was incredibly fresh and unique with its chipotle sauce, and it was topped with corn and onions, giving it a delightful sweetness without being overly seasoned. The shrimp taco, served with avocado, was also excellent in its own right. I also enjoyed the chips and beans that I added to my meal; they were quite good, and I highly recommend the salsas!

The food was delicious and would have received 5 stars if it had been prepared correctly for our order at checkout. However, the staff was excellent; the manager promptly came from the kitchen, quickly addressed the issue, and ensured everything was corrected.

Fantastic team! The staff this evening was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The manager even took the time to check in with the diners to ensure they were satisfied. The orders were prepared exactly as requested and tasted just as expected.

Love the original Fish Tacos!!! Also order the Classic Shrimp Burrito... Great customer service through the checkout. Always my order right... Thank you!

Alexis gave notably good service. She was energetic, sweet, and helpful. The two fish taco plate was delicious and substantial. The ambiance at this location was clean and pleasant. I love seeing the picture frames of the ingredients in their food. The men’s restroom was also very clean and smelled good.
