Pizza Hut - Norco

I ordered my Pizza at 9:13pm, it is now 10:16pm. Called and spoke to Mikayla and she casually said "I 'm sorry I only have one driver so it will get there when she gets there. Really bad service and attitude. I asked her to just cancel my order and give me a refund, she responded ok bye. She calls me back to tell me Pizza was delivered and that I paid cash.... When clearly I paid with my debit. She then responded I 'm sorry I 'm so confused right I will Cancel your order at the end of the night.

Have been coming here for a few years and its always been great food. the last person that has recently helped me the last couple times has been alexa and she has the best customer service. always make me feel welcome on the phone when i order and also when i come in. thank you so much alexa, pizza was really good today by the way!

01/10/2021 9:04 pm Idk who was working and picking up the phone and taking orders but mannnn stick to making pizzas cuz Taking pizza orders through the phone seems to not work for ya... I couldn't understand a damn thing !!! Either homeboy was high af or just slow af Other than that the pizzas bomb : customer service just needs to do better

I haven't eat Pizza Hut in years, although it used to be my favorite as a kid. I was getting dominos for a while in Norco, which was very hit or miss and I was getting fed up with it. I decided to give Pizza Hut a try and honestly, it was way better in every sense of the way. The taste, it being consistently good (I've gone about 12 times since). Every time it's good. Better flavor. Better customer service. I'll only be getting pizza from Pizza Hut now. I always just get the original pan cheese pizza with the huts favorite crust. Can't go wrong! Also they were wearing masks and face shields. They seem to be going the extra mile lately

No one was in the front when I walked in. I look in the back and there is a girl putting pepperoni on the pizza with NO GLOVES!!! nasty nasty nasty.
