Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Niles

Went for a birthday dinner. I myself had salmon which was very good. I thought that the vegetables were cold and Caesar salad was very good. Also, my friend took me to dinner a shrimp pasta dinner. He said it was terrible. The shrimp with chewy. It wasn't real hot and he had much better food there And your defense I did tell him send it back telling you want something different but he didn't wanna cause any trouble, which you would've heard about

Husband ordered the bacon wrapped filet-medium temp. Brought out and was extremely rare. Sent back and they cooked it more. Brought back to the table and still rare. Took it yet again and when brought back to him it was more medium, but the bacon was carbon and the outside of the steak badly charred. He took one bite and all he got flavor wise was char. Manager took his meal off the bill. My margarita did not seem too have but a few drops of alcohol. It was our anniversary and the first time here. It was our first and our last!

Normally Firebirds is our go to place but last night was a huge disappointment. We took friends were embarrassed! Our server was friendly but the rest of the experience was terrible. Ordered drinks, then server came back after awhile to take our orders. However we still hadn't gotten drinks, she went to check and came back with drinks in about 5 min. We ordered and then server came back to let us know they were out of baked potatoes at a steak place! Bread salads/soups came quickly and were very good. Then we waited waited waited. Server came back a couple times to apologize for the delay, then came back around 8:25 to say they were waiting on 2 of our orders and food would be out shortly. Finally got food at 8:40. After over an hr wait my steak was so well done, dried out and crusty I wasn't able to eat it. It was a piece of meat that should never have been served to a customer! One of the other steaks was also well instead of medium rare and the 3rd steak was tough chewy. We showed them to server she apologized but a manager never came over to address any of the issues. After such a poor experience the embarrassment of telling our friends how good it was and then having such a bad experience we will find another “go to” place.!

I went to this restaurant on a first date with a very special lady. The food was ahh okay. The waiters were nice. After dinner, cashed out at the table and decided to have a drink after at there bar. We had a couple drinks together and cashed out at the bar when we decided to finish our last drink on their patio. A little more time passed with conversation with this beautiful woman and the waitress on the patio asked if we would like another drink. Sure why not we are talking having a good time. The manager comes out 5 min later and stands over the two of use sitting there and says I will not serve you both any more drinks you are cut off. A huge embarrassment for the both of use as it was a nice day out and the patio was packed with people now staring. I politely asked to talk with the manager inside away from everyone in a respectful manner where I now will be speaking with the district manager about the situation. The worst part about it is this amazing woman won't even give me the time of day now. I think I will have PTSD from this experience and may never be able to go on another date again!

We sat at the bar and our servers where amazing. I am upset with myself for not remembering their name but those two ladies where on point. Loved their enthusiasm and attentiveness.
