I had the Baja Shrimp Pasta, which was super tasteful and loaded with beautiful size shrimps. Next served the roasted garlic salloin with a loaded baked potato, the steak was boiled and perfectly seasoned and the potato was super delicious. Finally, the Durango Burger was ordered, wow it was perfectly cooked and huge served with a side of points that were crispy and hot. We finished our meal with the double black diamond martini if you don't get a chance to eat at Firebirds at least stop and try this perfectly marinated pineapple martini, it will come you back! Our server Nick was great and fast with a whole house!
This is a great experience. If you like the funeral objects in life, then eat here. Our old fashion cocktail was made perfection. I enjoyed smelling the smoke of food on arrival. The courses were well portioned and served for perfection.
A very strong four-star review. We thought it was a late lunch and there was no crowd. Immediate seat. Very clean modern look with noticeable wood smoke. I ordered a club sandwich and my partner something from their two-lunch menu. My club sandwich was very good. Stacked up. The turkey was cut thin, so he was a little dry. The Cider Cole Slav was kind of tasteless. Next time I'll go with the Pommes. Next time. I want to try something from the grill.
Here for my anniversary with my Signigicant others and his very chic restaurant, not bad in price, and great service. The only thing is that the steak was medium rare, as asked, but a little hard on salt.
We were in the area and went here for my wife's birthday. The food was very good. Our server, Kayla, was very friendly and attentive. Got the lobster queso nachos, firebirds chicken pasta with a cup of chili, the 9 oz surf turf with mixed vegetables and a cup of chicken tortilla soup and creme brulee cheesecake.
