The Belle Dragon - Niles

Napaka thankful ko dahil sa honesty ng waiter at chef ng The Belle and Dragon. I told them na hindi ako kumakain ng pork dahil Muslim ako at lechon ang main course nila. Tinawag ni waiter ang chef at magserve na lang daw sila iba sa akin. Tapos wag ko na raw kainin yung java rice at black beans kasi may stock din ng pork yun. Nakakatuwa lang dba, kasi kung sa iba yun wala na sila pake, kiber ba nila kung makakain ka ng pork. Good job mga kuya waiter and Chef Ghie! That is what you call Stellar Customer Service! Awesome food especially their beef, medium rare to perfection! The crew is very attentive, ambiance is great and most of all, they care for you even at 3AM! Highly recommended to celebrate, dine especially if you're at the heart of Makati.

Great place to be , I love the vibe, the service is great , music is always good and the drinks Amazing.

What we had: Salt pepper calamari Grilled chicken salad Lechon sinigang Uh huh Honey Chicken Loved everything. The calamari was flavorful, the salad had more meat than I expected, the sinigang was as sour as I wanted. Although what really stood out for me was the Uh huh Honey Chicken. The biscuit that came with the dish went so well with the meat. Love it!

Was only supposed to give a 3.0, but service was spot on as the fish chips I ordered were bland, oily and a little bit overcooked to my preference, And they housed Comedy Manila on a Monday night, so overall, nice experience and can always give them a chance on food, hoping they improve.
