It's really disappointing how the first time we ordered a take-out from this branch (we live in Las Piñas), we had the worst Sbarro experience. The staff made us wait for about 30 mins for a take-out even if we ordered ahead of most of the dine ins. The staff was slow but had the time to be rude and careless in handling our food. When we got home, the pizza was underbaked (we had to put them in the air fryer for 20 mins), looked cheap, and the extra white sauce we ordered was not included. When we called the branch to report this, they had the audacity to side comment that it's just a cheap price. The apathy is unbelievable. The staff only became apologetic when we asked for management. They should taken it upon themselves to be decent in the first place so they wouldn't be escalated. The branch in SM Sucat gave more quality foods, everytime. If we weren't in a hurry, we would've opted to buy here instead if we knew how horrible this Glorietta branch would be. Never buying here again.

They have new place it is no longer located in second floor. If you came from sm makati when you reached third floor. Big space compare it before. Nice options they have pasta, pizza and rashberry. Not crowded and a great place to dine in. They have better crews to entertain you.

I ordered 1 whole white cheese pizza for take out, when i open the box the pizza is not white cheese, it is in red sauce with 2 slices na parang tira lang kase hindi sya fit sa round size, so disgusting Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
