Contribuiți la feedbackSurprisingly, they have good Shish Taouk Shawarma (chicken). It's been my go to place to have shawarma whenever I leave the office late like 12 midnight because they're 24/7! The garlic yogurt sauce is so yummy.
Mediterranean sports pub situated right in the corner of Makati Avenue and P Burgos. It’s one of the few places that is open for 24hours in Poblacion area. Usual closing time of nearby bars is only up to 2:00am to 3:00am. The comfort room is unclean during this visit. The menu however is reasonably priced. Huge platter and apparently good tasting chicken kebab.
Authentic Saudi/middle eastern food. Taste legit. Would come back again. I've tried a lot of other restos at this point and this feels the closest yet. Truely another branch of mama noura abroad.
I am not actually sure if this was the same place we went to because the photos on the profile were not what I saw but the menu is the same. It was situated in what seemed like the red light district of Makati (I am obviously lost and foreigners seemed to frequent the place. To be honest, the place seemed sketchy at first but what the heck we had to eat. They claimed to be certified Halal. The place was manned by Filipinos. Waiters were wearing soccer uniforms and the TVs featured sporting events. I was annoyed with one waiter because he certainly was not patient enough to actually wait for our order and had to talk to the other staff while we were contemplating on (actually, we were already telling him our orders. Besides this, the service was really fast. We ordered one meat kebab sandwich (160 and chicken curry with biryani rice (438 and a yogurt shake (250 . Surprisingly, the place was legitimately serving good mediterranean food. The sandwich had a generous tube of meat and some vegetables rolled in flat bread. A creamy garlic sauce and hot sauce were served on the side. I loved it!!! The chicken curry (sorry the photo already shows about half was eaten on the other hand seemed to have half of a whole chicken in it with authentic yellow curry sauce and vegetables. The serving was so generous it was enough to fill two tummies to the brim. It was really worth the price. The yogurt shake was the regular Lassi(? that the same genre of restaurants usually serve. It came in a plastic champagne-shaped glass that could hold a little over about a cup and a half of liquid. The shake was sweet (you can have it sour and refreshing but really expensive compared to other places. I would certainly recommend the place for the food and the fast service but not much for the environment if your the type who doesn 't fancy night life and everything that goes with it.
