Something was very unusual the moment we entered this Chinese resto. Instead of a Chinese dish advertised inside, I found myself staring at a coffee ad posted on the entirety of one of the walls. What's the fuss all about? Had to try it myself. Ordered the syphon brewed coffee and beef tapa breakfast. The serving was generous and more than enough for 1 cup of rice. The beefy punchy taste was present in every bite. Coffee was smooth yet strong and served similar to how UCC serves their coffee. There is indeed a reason why they are bragging about their coffee.

Simple and affordable chinese food that I also consider as comfort food. Must try foods for me are: Manchurian Chicken, Tofu in Salt and Pepper, Pork Siomai, and Brocolli in Garlic. Will definitely go back for more!

Excellent food, excellent service. I think they serve one of the tastiest Chinese food in Makati! My favorites: Lomi special and sweet and sour pork. I’ve tried other dishes and they are consistently good.

First of all, I appreciate a restaurant that has pictures in its menu. I really love the food here, it feels like I'm home. Their tofu is good! Service and interiors are okay as well.

Nostalgic feels for the food, but the ambiance is just a common modern fast food Chinese chain like restaurant, the asado pandesal is a must try with matching lido’s syphon brewed coffee.
