Wendy's - Niceville

I placed a mobile order through the app for a quick pick-up: 6 Breakfast Baconators, 2 large and 1 small spicy wedges, along with 3 bottles of orange juice and a water bottle. I noticed a sign stating that there were fewer employees on duty and an apology for any delays. I anticipated a long wait due to my large order, but to my surprise, everything was ready quickly without sacrificing quality. The wedges were fresh, crispy, and fully loaded, unlike what you might find at other fast-food places. The Breakfast Baconators were excellent, featuring crispy bacon, juicy sausage, and Swiss sauce—perfect for a morning meal. I was definitely pleased with my experience at this restaurant!

This is a fantastic spot for fast food! The drive-thru staff are always friendly. I only encountered one worker who seemed a bit negative, but it was incredibly busy, and they were at the end of their shift. The $2 frosty keychains for the year are a must-have and definitely worth the money! My family and I really appreciate the male Hispanic manager (I'll remember his name next time)! He is wonderful—always friendly, helpful, polite, and full of smiles! He truly deserves a five-star rating! I’ll give the restaurant five stars once their lobby reopens to the public.

You did an outstanding job! The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious! We're visiting the area and are glad we can rely on Wendy's.

Luis is the best. 10/10 Customer Service. This man should lead a high-end restaurant on the beach, not a Wendy’s in Niceville.
