Chick-fil-a - Niceville

My husband and I grabbed dinner from the drive-thru. While his chicken nuggets and fries were acceptable, I was disappointed to find dead flies on top of my salad when I opened it. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this until we got home. This really raises concerns about the cleanliness of the restaurant and the freshness of the food. I'm giving it two stars only because our cashier, Bobby, was very friendly.

I visited the drive-thru just before the lunch rush and ordered a classic #1 meal with a strawberry shake and sweet and sour sauce. However, I received Sriracha sauce and a vanilla shake instead. I called to speak with the manager and left a message, but it's now been two days with no response. My next step will be to contact corporate!

Like most Chick-fil-A locations, the food is tasty, and the service is quick. However, the drive-thru tends to forget at least one item from our order most of the time. Be sure to double-check your bag before leaving!

Ordered drive thru. Paid the drive thru attendant. Waited awhile at the window. Employee told me after 10 mins my card was declined. Kim took care of it immediately! She swiped my card and handed me my food. Great service! Not sure what happened orwhy my card was declined with attendant. Went through at the window

Don?t get me wrong! I love a Chick-fil-A. This one however is terrible with online orders. Absolutely horrible. I have waited in my car for over 15-20 minutes and watched countless cars leave. If you go here.. do NOT use the app.
