I visited for lunch on Sunday, September 1st, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious!

The customer service was awful, particularly from the management. The quality and portion sizes of the food were also disappointing. One employee with pink hair didn't wash their hands after handling food, which raises serious health concerns. I spent $17 on what seemed like two kids' meals. When I asked for a medium drink after I had already paid, I was told that they would have to refund the entire order instead of just adding it. I wouldn't recommend ordering a small drink, not even for a child. They also seem to assume you're taking your food to go and don't want you to dine in. This was a complete waste of time and energy, especially after just getting off a flight like we did.

The service was friendly, and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the free sub offer that comes with a purchase – what a fun bonus!

I got a fly in food the other day and I’ve heard others complain about this problem as well. When I asked about it they joked around saying they would make me another one not taking it seriously. Back in the day flies in the food used to be looked down upon but I guess not anymore.

Everytime we go is usually always good. This time was spectacular.. I placed my order online and it got sent to a store in Texas, not only did one of the girls working help me figure out how to get a refund, she also included brownies and drinks on my order for the inconvenience that wasn't even her fault. To some, it may just be a brownie and drink, but to me it was an act of kindness and WONDERFUL customer service. I wished I caught her name but I unfortunately did not. Little things matter.
