The food was good. But it was kinda pricey. Not worth it.

They were out of nearly all beverage options, including coffee creamers. I ordered a chicken sandwich and without telling me there was an issue, they decided to substitute and I was brought a burger. When the server took it back she came back out and told me they were out of chicken patties but asked if I wanted strips instead. As I was not going to make my family wait to eat, nor did I trust the kitchen, I opted not to eat. At least the item, that I didn't order and didn't want, was taken off the bill (which it never should have been on the bill since I did not order it). No manager came out to talk to me or apologize. I wasn't even offered a discount or coupon for our trouble. This is a garbage business model. The only bright spot was our incredible and hard working server, Nikki.

Waitress was unequally given more tables than all the other wait staff and couldn't handle it. She was forgetting alot not just for us but all her tables. No silverware given for 5 mins after food arrived. Half the food wasn't given until much later than the the first plate brought out... it was a tough experience. She was nice but seemed to have no help from the other staff. They just left her to drown. It was unfortunate.

Wanted breakfast for dinner so I decided to come to get some pancakes. When I pulled up in the parking lot the place was completely empty, but to my surprise they were open. Unfortunately, it only went down hill from there. We stood at the front for about 5 mins and we heard someone yell from the back that they’ll be right with us. We waited a few more minutes and left out the door. I see why there were no customers now!

I placed an order for curbside pickup around 11:15 for a kids smiley pancake an English muffin and chicken crepes. The order took over 30 mins to be prepared and after sitting in curbside waiting for my order trying to contact the front to speak to someone about how long the wait till be. I finally went inside where my order was sitting on the shelf. The kids smiley pancake was just a pancake with nothing on it and our food was cold. This was a lackluster experience and we didn’t even go inside for service.
