Dunkin' - Newport News

I've really wanted to make this my top choice for coffee, but they just can't seem to get it right—almost never, in fact. I usually place a simple drink order, but it's more likely to be incorrect than correct. I specifically ask for drinks with no sugar, yet I still get sugar! They frequently run out of donuts and various food items, and their customer service is just terrible. I've had enough of this!

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. I ordered the avocado toast, but it wasn't toasted at all. I also got a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich that was supposed to be on an English muffin, but I received it on a croissant instead without any prior notice. Additionally, my tater tots were extremely greasy and undercooked, causing them to fall apart. I definitely won't be returning.

In the 6-8 years I've been going to Dunkin', this is the first place that has ever stirred the sugar in the bottom of my iced coffee. It might sound trivial, but whoever did that really made my day. I don't understand why every Dunkin' doesn't do this!

ZERO STARS . The staff has been extremely rude on multiple occasions and we are not rude or argumentative people. It?s completely one sided. I don?t understand how a business continues to operate with employees like Emma working the drive through window. When we called to inform their manager we were told that there is no manager that works there?. Never going back

A little disappointing this morning. The staff was friendly, but our Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant had no egg and had no cheese. Donuts were good though they had no blueberry.
