Dunkin' - Newport News

I have tried and tried to make this my number 1 coffee go to! BUT they cannot get it right....seemingly EVER. 1 simple drink order. Is more often mixed wrong than right. I order NO SUGAR drinks. I get sugar! They run out of donuts!!!!!!! They run out of different food items. They are horrible at customer service. I'm over it!

I really don?t ever do this but couldn?t ignore it. I got an avocado toast which wasn?t even toasted, got a turkey sausage egg and cheese that clearly is on a English muffin but for whatever reason it was on a croissant and wasn?t informed of that and my tater tot?s were literally falling about cuz of how oily and undercooked they were. Will. Not. Be. Back.

ZERO STARS . The staff has been extremely rude on multiple occasions and we are not rude or argumentative people. It?s completely one sided. I don?t understand how a business continues to operate with employees like Emma working the drive through window. When we called to inform their manager we were told that there is no manager that works there?. Never going back

A little disappointing this morning. The staff was friendly, but our Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant had no egg and had no cheese. Donuts were good though they had no blueberry.

For the past 3-4 months their frozen coffee machine hasn?t been working. I just want a frozen coffee that?s close to my work place and they never seem to want to fix it either
