Circle Hook Fish Company

Very nice food, great lobster bisque. But today a new employee rejected my kind request of parking validation and asking me to spend $15.I told her that I am a regular customer because I have an office in Lido, literally next to them.l but she didn’t even listen. I have told her that I have spent thousands of dollars in Circle Hook over the 2 years but she didn’t even ask my company name and say its the policy. I was so embarrassed next to my guest didn’t know what to say. It was really hearth breaking to be rejected on such issue after all the business. Once more I understand the importance of nice employees to run a business. They can help you to win customers or loose loyal ones just for stupid parking validation. Nicely done.

The worst seafood restaurant ever. You'd think that the $24 pricey lobster roll has real Maine lobster but has longostino as cheap substitute. Worst calamari, poke is ok. Asian salad is salty and soggy you can't eat it. Spent $30 plus per person. The only nice thing is the view of the marina.. Stay away from this tourist trap on Newport Beach.

I just had a bad fish sandwich. Not much fish, in fact it wasn't one piece of fish but small pieces on a very dry bun.

Went to Circle Hook as we browsed in the Lido Marina Village and it was pretty good! The views are absolutely gorgeous as your seated facing the dock. We ordered their lobster roll, crudo, their fish of the day, and some cocktails. All were great and the staff was very kind and even led us in the direction of different beaches in the area. My only complaint was the lobster roll the bread was just too hard that it took away from a lot of the flavor. Overall, great place with a great view and I would definitely come back.

Circle Hook is a great place to get some seafood in the Lido Marina Village area. They have one of the best lobster rolls in the area, which includes a generous portion of lobster; their soup is fantastic as well. They have have a great atmosphere they offer indoor seating in addition to seating right on the dock, which overlooks the marina and bay. The service is friendly and quick. We arrived around 11:00 AM on a Saturday; we got great seating, and our food came out less than 10 minutes after ordering.
