Ultralife Cafe Nye Beach - Newport

The vegan breakfast bagel was outstanding. Only wish I had discovered it before my last day in Newport.

The vegan bagel breakfast sandwich minus vegan sausage, substitute avocado was delicious. Hemp milk is weird and think in a latté, that was a first and last.. at LEAST it was healthy! I suggest part macadamia milk part almond milk for vegan lattés.

We had actually planned to have breakfast elsewhere but due to staffing the other places were closed; which worked out fine since we discovered Ultralife. We ordered the breakfast bowl but since they didn't have biscuits that normally go with the gravy they substituted toasted sourdough bread. The plate was large enough for my husband and I to share, and we followed it with a large piece of coffee cake. Ultralife has a nice selection of breakfast pastries, not to mention a complete coffee bar.
