Great coffee, knowledgeable baristas, highly recommended.

My husband goes to get me a nice coffee. Customer service was terrible. He ordered a hot coffee- mocha latte. The batista delivered to him an iced coffee. Mistakes happen and are no big deal...but not to this barista. She wanted him to know that he had ordered the iced, so just take it. He tried to be overly nice and literally said to her, because she was being extremely mean, Look lady I'll pay for both, if need be, but I need the right one. She was like, you saw me write it down! Coffee was OK, but won't be back due to unfriendly customer service. Staff person making the drinks and taking the order seemed unhappy to be there.

Cute little walk up coffee shop inside a bicycle shop. I had an Americano and my son, a green tea and they was delicious. The employee was so nice with smiles for days. If I head back to Cincinnati I will stop here again. We walked from the Hampton Inn in Newport, about a 10 min walk. Prices were fantastic as well

Peak matcha with great service with a welcoming atmosphere definitely recommend this spot
