Pho Viet Vietnamese Oh! Bubble Tea

The restaurant was recently run by a new owner. I ate this restaurant with my wife about twice a month for 5 years. Sometimes, even if I asked for a little more broth, the former owner did not accept any additional money. But two weeks ago, when I asked for an additional broth, the new owner charged $7. I think it's because the owner's greed is too much to get 7 dollars more by giving a little soup. I will never go to this restaurant now. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I have been going here for a couple years and it is fantastic. Recently under new ownership and the food is just as great and the customer service is wonderful. Huge portions. Best pho place around.
