Dunkin' - Newington

The reason for my three star review on this trip is I ordered a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese which I'm sure I paid for the extra cream cheese, and a hot tea.When I got to my vehicle and I opened up the bagel and there was almost no cream cheese on it.I would have gone back in but they were busy and I didn't have time sit and wait for them to remake it. Normally this location is very good and I don't have any problems.

First of all it’s 5 stars to the young girl who worked at this location today. I didn’t get her name butI came in around 3pm and the place was packed with customers; there was only ONE girl working, she didn’t look no more than 19 years old, dealing with lines and online orders on her own. She apologized profusely to everyone for the wait and I personally had absolutely no issue with waiting for my coffee considering I had to get to work myself )and neither was anyone else who waited. However i’m sure there was at least a few individuals who weren’t patient because there always is. The one star goes the poor management; hire more individuals and put more people on the schedule, or help your own employees out when you know this is a busy location in the heart of Newington.

I would say this is the worse costumer service people taking On the phone while people waiting on the line.

I stop by the for morning coffee, please was little busy. I got my food pretty quickly, but my order was incomplete. But they corrected the rally fest.

Short of staff. Only two employees to handle customer flow. They did excellent. Since their was a wait I was given two donuts for one.
