Tivoli - Newcastle upon Tyne

Visited for lunch with a friend, we both opted for fish and chips, everything was okay.....but frozen chips, and watery tinned mushy peas also dry bread rolls is pretty poor.......nice setting but massive room for improvement, service was not the best either unfortunately.

My husband and I went here for lunch as I have happy memories of this place. Views Lovely, staff great, but unfortunately the lunch was let down by the food. The chicken dish was dry and crusty and quite frankly inedible. Lovely to visit Fenwicks but would never eat here again.

I went here with my Gran for lunch and it was a great experience. Lovely atmosphere, nice decorations and peaceful. The staff were friendly and we were served quickly. We both had the roast chicken, it was delicious and the mash potato was also really nice.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with lovely waitress service and friendly staff. I enjoyed a delicious two-course lunch with a carafe of wine and will definitely be returning. I might try the breakfast menu next time. Unfortunately, I couldn't upload photos from my iPad.

Tivoli restaurant is a lovely place to eat with friends. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The meals are exceptional. The tables weren’t squashed together, and I didn’t feel we had to rush away once we’d finished our meal. I would definitely recommend Tivoli to anyone.
