Patticakes At Tioga - Newberry

Excellent cupcakes. friendly staff. I wish we had landed there early so that we might have seen a greater choice.

I always enjoy going to Patticakes in Haile, but recently my husband and I stopped at the Tioga patticakes. I was not impressed at all with their service. The employees made us feel like we were bothering them by coming in. They were more concerned with chatting with each other rather than helping customers or cleaning the tables. The coffee was good, but my cup was leaking on me because it wouldn't seal correctly due to them doubling the paper cups. Maybe more supervision would be a good idea in this store.

This place is awesome! A hidden gem of the area. Great vibes, good coffee, awesome space, and the employees are super nice. Will be back soon!

So the coffee is good, thats not the issue. The main issue is the length of time it takes. Every time I go, it takes like 10-15 minutes to get my drink and it’s just one drink, a cafe con leche. And it’s because the people making the drinks are too busy flirting with each other to make the drinks in a timely manner. It’s really annoying and quite honestly, I’d rather just drink a few more minutes down the road to Starbucks. It would be one thing if it was every once in a while but it’s every time and it’s the same two people flirting with each other causing the delay.

Went here on a date, really nice people, the coffee was good, the vibe inside is really nice and the place looks beautiful. I got a double mocha and it was really good
