The Newbergundian Bistro

I was traveling in the area for work and stopped by this restaurant around 7 PM on a Saturday. I was able to find a seat at the bar without any wait, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. It was great to watch the chefs in action and see the delicious food being served. I ordered the soup of the day and the fish special, paired with a glass of wine. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked absolutely mouthwatering. I will definitely be returning!

Exceptional! Five of us dined here during a two-day celebration for a 60th birthday. The food was incredible—our selections included Coq Au Vin, Cioppino, and Lamb Loin over Polenta, all of which were outstanding. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find a way back to our rented house when Uber and Lyft suddenly became unavailable, following an easy ride to the restaurant. We will definitely be returning (this time with our own car)! Highly recommended. Thank you!

Great restaurant. Walked right in and sat down for brunch. Service and food were amazing.

Wow, the food was absolutely amazing! The service was excellent too. Everything is locally sourced, and you can tell that all the dishes are prepared right in their kitchen. We will definitely be coming back! Unfortunately, I didn’t take any food pictures because I was too busy enjoying every bite!
