Rosmarino Osteria Italiana - Newberg

I attended the wine dinner tonight, and it was outstanding. Dario did a fantastic job explaining the wine that accompanied each course. My husband is Italian, and I regularly make pasta, ravioli, polenta – you name it, I make it from scratch. However, this meal was just as good, if not better, than anything I've prepared. This restaurant is a must-visit!

I absolutely loved everything! Sheena and Dario were wonderful hosts, and the food was outstanding! I kicked off my meal with the Porchetta Salad, which was so good that it vanished from my plate in seconds! When Dario came to check how I enjoyed it, I proudly showed him my empty plate and jokingly asked, "What salad?" Next, we indulged in three pizzas and ended up finishing all six of them. After the pizzas, we sampled all six varieties of gnocchi. The day's special, the Venison, was incredible, though each one was equally tasty. We also enjoyed their excellent selection of wines. We managed to savor all this within an hour before we had to wrap up our first tasting date. I can't wait to experience it all over again!

We have dined here multiple times, and each visit to Dario and his incredible team offers us a new and unique delight. I can't express just how exceptional the food is; it feels like a journey around the world in culinary experiences. This is truly my favorite restaurant. I can hardly believe we have such a fantastic place to eat in the Willamette Valley. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Thank you, Dario, Sheena, Adam, and the entire team!

One of the best meals we've ever had. Hospitality is unsurpassed. Would recommend without hesitation. Apparently, much love and passion are not only put into the food, but also in service. We really can't say enough good things. We will be back as often as possible!

A must! Dario Sheena are amazing wonderful!!! They accommodated us after we failed hadn't made reservations. The food wine are one of a kind...it's like being in Italy for lunch/dinner. We'll be back again! Thank you for a great experience!!! Ci vediamo presto!!!
