Fast service. Nasty coffee. Order the pumpkin ice signature latte, so I thought. Taste like cream and cold sink water. Lady in there doesn't know coffee from tea. It's a shame. 7$ wasted. Never again. DUNKIN'ERS BEWARE

I ordered an ice coffee door dash and it was delivered with an open top! No seal, no way to keep from someone breathing on it! We are in a pandemic this is absolutely absurd and highly dangerous! Additionally no way to contact the store directly!

The restaurant needs to improve its customer service and maintain a professional atmosphere; it was so loud that I could barely hear the person next to me. I ordered a small frozen coffee, but it was unpleasant—sour, not properly shaken, and had a strange taste. I'm very disappointed and would prefer to drive further to find a place with better service and food.

I only receive good service on select days and times. There is one professional staff member who provides excellent service, but on certain evenings between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM, I encounter a male employee who rudely tells customers to come back later. One time, I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me. When I eventually drove around, I noticed him sitting down and looking at his phone. So, be prepared to visit another Dunkin' Donuts for better service.

I first went through the drive-thru and waited for about 10 minutes, but no one responded when I said hello. After that, I went inside, and one employee told me she wasn't taking orders, even though she was on the clock. There was another employee who said the same thing—claiming she wasn't taking orders while on duty. One of them mentioned she was counting the register. Additionally, she used curse words towards customers and was very rude. I'm going to post a video showing how they treat customers.
