Domino's Pizza - Newark

I tried onion capsicum thin crust pizza from 2425 Pulaski highway. Honestly, I didn’t like this pizza. It might be because of thin crust from domino’s or eating at home. I won’t recommend thin crust. But I loved the choco lava. It was super delicious.

One of the workers named Mike treats the loyal customers unfairly. I ordered a pan pizza with multiple toppings. When I received it, it was missing a topping. Mike honored to replace it the next time I order at that store but the day I tried to he only honors a small plain cheese pizza. That is not to my liking that I will not eat and highly unacceptable

So I discovered my friend made a review on the place that was completely false due to a kid forgetting marinara or something when I was in a rush out the door….And kinda irritated me.Will say I have never liked dominos before….Just more of a papa John’s person.But the moment I started coming and ordering the pan pizza here. This spot alone has truly changed my heart pizza wise and definitely made me a regular dominos customer.The staff and manager are always nice and polite, the place is clean and they are quick as hell with getting pizza made.

After new management took over or something we've had our brownies burnt the passed 3 or 4 orders. Pizza isn't cut and wings have barely any sauce.

I ordered today and waited for 2 hours for food. It was never delivered. Order 1256 and I called twice to confirm the order was on the way. I was told twice it would be on the way. After I called after a third time the process to start it was never initiated nor was it delivered again. I understand it’s the Super Bowl as to why we ordered 2 hours early but I feel like this is unacceptable customer service from management. I got offered a refund and to pick it up myself instead of them delivering as it would take another hour. I again can’t understand this behavior nor negligence behind a small order placed so early.
