Chipotle Mexican Grill - Newark

The order took 15 minutes longer than the estimated time provided online. When I finally received the order, it was incorrect, and I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be corrected.

The food was delicious, as always. However, I was a bit frustrated when I went to the counter to request a drink refill and was told there were none. What? Who doesn't offer refills? The Chick-fil-A just a couple of doors down in the food court does provide refills. I suppose I’ll just get my drink from them next time.

The cost for a fountain soda is $2.65, but they've recently stopped offering free refills. Even during the pandemic, they switched to using a different cup. I recommend going elsewhere for your drinks. You might want to consider a lower price, as this is the same as other places that still provide free refills.

I've visited at least 5 Chipotle locations in the last few years, and this one is consistantly my least favorite. I understand the long lines, but the portions given at this location are NOT what I've come to expect from Chipotle. I will choose a different eatery every time I visit the Christiana Mall.

You guys make customers suffer coming to your store . 25 minutes waiting in line it?s tiring . Servers are very slow on top of in-house customers they same server is preparing for online orders too. . If I have option for zero star I?ll give based on todays experience
