Wagamama 55th St - New York City

I wish I could remember our server's name. He was such a nice guy who hustled between our tables and others. He was on top of things and was attentive to whatever we needed. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Would recommend to others and wish we had a restaurant like this near us!

Unfortunately, the credit card machine was down and they seemed to be short staffed but overall it was good.

The food was great but the service was a miss. I think they were training a lot of waitstaff and it lead to things being disastrously off the rails. The food was great and we weren't in a hurry, but a couple tables nearby were trying to make theater times and stressing. Hopefully they iron things out, because the food was good and ambience was nice.

Service was excellent, all the food was nice, and it certainly wasn't too pricey for Hell's Kitchen. Would definitely come back.

Service is always great and you can't go wrong with the brisket ramen!
