Via Brasil Restaurant - New York City

Service was not good. waiter complained that there were not enough people to work and many mistakes made with our order, host complained that we changed our reservation from 3 people to 5 people, but he was the one who did not check the changes at the time. eating has not the same quality it had in the past.

That was my third time in this restaurant and they are not disappointed. Once we set ourselves, the server welcomed us. we explained that we went to a show and the service was fast, but the quality remained prestige. the laying was very nice and we enjoyed him and his service. we're coming back.

The coffee machine was broken, how can a restaurant have a coffee machine? prices are high for quality

Five of us dined at Via Brasil. Service was prompt and attentive to our theater deadlines. We shared cheese bread and mussels appetizers. For dinner, we chose from a wide variety of beef or pork meat dish entrees under $35. Everything was prepared and spiced well. We all had the Brazilian brigadeiro chocolates for dessert. The restaurant was very quiet even with diners present.

Been coming here for years. The manager is great and friendly. The food is consistently tasty. The service is always really good. Love the Sangria as well.
