Vegetarian Dim Sum House

This is a fantastic spot for vegetarians looking to enjoy dim sum without the concern of inadvertently consuming meat! The atmosphere is simple, but the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. It's cash only, so be prepared for that, which is quite common in Chinatown. My favorites include the monk dumplings, spinach dumplings, and turnip cakes, but honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been great!

The staff here are very friendly, and the vegan dumplings and spring rolls are fantastic! I will definitely be returning. Because of COVID restrictions, and possibly because we went during the afternoon, we were asked to sit outside, which we usually prefer. However, a sudden rainstorm caught us off guard, and we ended up getting soaked. We laughed it off, and I suppose it made our visit even more memorable. If you have a craving for vegetarian and vegan Asian cuisine, you must add this place to your list! We also enjoyed some ice-cold beer.

The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the Napa Roll, although I was surprised that it was dried. Its sauce was excellent for dipping other items, especially since some of the dishes were a bit bland. The rice flour roll and sweet and salty dumplings were also tasty. There wasn’t much information provided about the dim sum items, so be ready to look them up or just embrace a sense of adventure!

Best vegetarian place in the city!!! Had the most delicious soy chicken curry for a reasonable price (especially for nyc!!! . In addition to being served by the cutest waitress : Can highly recommend this place!

In from out of town and so glad we found this place. I find the bad reviews interesting, as some of them come from ignorance of the cuisine, and some just expecting a five star experience from a hole in the wall dim sum joint. The food was great. Got the pork buns, pan fried dumplings, and sweet and sour. The staff was kind and we left full with leftovers!!
