Roberta?s what can I say. It has fast become a New York classic imo. Although they?ve expanded massively and there?re now outlets all over Manhattan, the pies are still pretty consistently good. Dough is nice and chewy with just the right amount of charring, sauce and filings are light yet packed with flavor.
