I love that this place exists and I definitely want to try more of the menu. We ordered the cheeseball sampler, but they were just okay. One of the varieties was particularly stale, and we couldn’t finish them.

A vegan cheese shop may seem like a niche establishment, but it has become one of my favorite places to buy food in New York City.

I felt like I had died and gone to vegan cheese heaven! I tried the three-cheese tasting, and it was tough to pick just a few. However, the person at the counter was really helpful. They asked about my preferences and shared their own experiences, making the decision much easier.

I've been looking for a vegan blue cheese for over 5 years. the search is finally over! I was looking for a everywhere in California and could only get the spirulinas that look blue, but taste like cashews, even decided to make my own with very little success. billy! blue is the real deal with the perfect creamy texture and stingy taste. we also got cheese from rebels and they were also delicious. Finally, they feel like I don't need to compromise by deciding not to hurt. happy vegan!

I was totally blown away by the section of cheeses available and the staff were quite knowledgeable as well. Left with a few pieces of cut off cheeses when ch in my opinion is a great way to sample!
