Got a 2 can dine combo. Asked for 6 Sweet and spicy wigs and 3 tenders. Got all the way home and have 6 ghost pepper wings and 3 tenders. What the hell? Can't you pay attention to what your customers order. I can't eat these wings. Probably going to have an issue when I return them tomorrow.

The food and service was good, would definitely go back here again. Parking is also available at this location, which is a plus.

They act like they didn't want to take my online coupon and I had to ask for condiments I buy a family meal I won't spend my money there again there customer service skills are poor ??

I was there for a mobile order and only got part of my order. Store is in Queens and I live in Bk. No biscuit or fries. What the heck!!! No one picks up the phone either. The biscuit is the reason we even go to Popeyes!!

I had an unpleasant experience when I ordered food online for pickup. After waiting for 15 minutes, the food still wasn't ready, and to make matters worse, when I finally received it, the chicken sandwiches were completely burnt.Thinking it might have been an isolated incident, I decided to give it another chance the next day. However, my second visit was no better. Despite ordering online 20 minutes prior, I still had to wait for 15 minutes at the restaurant. And when I received the sandwiches this time, they were extremely tough and dry, almost like bricks, mostly because they are very old or for the day before.At this point, I've given up trying to order from this place and have decided to go to the one located at 9400 Liberty Ave instead. The lack of standards, slow service, and consistently overcooked food or reusing leftover food from prior days has left me disappointed with this establishment.
