I reached out to them to see if they could replace the brake pads on my Super73, but the owner was firm about not working on e-bikes. While that was disappointing for me, I still recommend checking them out because it's evident that Off The Bridge has a keen attention to detail in their work. The owner was polite and friendly when he returned my missed call. I hope to do business with Off The Bridge in the future if I ever get a regular bike.
