Malaysia Beef Jerky - New York City

This is unlike any jerky I’ve ever tasted. I tried the spicy pork and beef, and both were sweet, but the spicy beef had a nice kick to it. It wasn't tough like American jerky, but had a satisfying chewiness. This little shop makes some truly delicious jerky!

I apologize for not having a better photo, but I have to say that this homemade pork jerky is honestly the best I've ever tried. It has an irresistible sweet and salty glaze and a rich, aromatic pork flavor right from the start. The texture is incredibly moist, unlike the leathery consistency of other jerky brands, and it's hard to stop eating once you take that first bite. There's also a subtle smoky char flavor that adds to the experience, and they offer a wide variety of flavors as well.

The owner is so friendly and the jerky was so addictive. They remind me of the jerky I had when I was a little girl in Taiwan.
