Inti Peruvian Cuisine - New York City

We were pleasantly surprised by the calamari appetizer, which was cooked to perfection—neither rubbery nor chewy. It had a great batter and came with a generous portion of a tasty tomato-based sauce; we added a touch of the verde sauce for an extra kick. My companion ordered the Camarones Inti, which features shrimp sautéed with shallots, cilantro, white wine, and yellow pepper sauce, served alongside white rice. He was very pleased with his choice. I opted for a steak dish (I can’t recall the name), served over sweet plantains with French fries and a fried egg. It was absolutely delicious, especially with a little drizzle of the verde sauce. The service was impeccable, with constant refills of fresh water and attentive staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Lost my mind at how delicious the white fish ceviche was. Wow. We really enjoyed our pisco sour, passion fruit sour, and lomo saltado with beef. *chefs kiss* this is a great place to start off light with ceviche, then close off hearty with classic main dish. I really want to return and try the seafood entrees as well. Until next time!

Excellent service, EXCEPTIONAL food. Best pisco sour I've ever had. The huancaina sauce is authentic and perfect! Anticucho, ceviche, pollo saltado were absolutely perfect.
