Iconic Cafe - New York City

Support this family-owned restaurant! The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

I used to frequent this establishment because it was a convenient spot to use the ATM or buy lottery tickets quickly. However, I have encountered issues with the uneducated store clerk who harassed me for parking my bike six feet from the store, even though I wasn't blocking anyone and the door only opens by pushing. The lottery tickets were misprinted, the coffee was one of the worst I have ever tasted, and the clerk either refused to play my lottery ticket or was preoccupied playing someone else's games on the phone. Additionally, the clerk had the audacity to tell me to wait 7-10 minutes. Overall, if there was an option for zero stars, this place on Lafayette would deserve it. The coffee next door is much better and the service is friendlier.

The spicy Mexican chocolate sugar cookies are fantastic! Their lattes are also delicious!

I work a block away from here and unfortunately it's the only place I can get a coffee or bagel close by that accepts card but they should not be making coffee or bagels they seem more focused on selling vape and tobacco products.
