Beautiful vegan farewell! Cheese Plate was amazing, and server was very helpful to make suggestions.
I think that eating was pretty good and then not kreatiw. think they can use more sweet and less processed food to make some of the dishes.
My wife and I adopted a plant-based lifestyle 9 months ago to improve our health. we were in nyc for my birthday, and on looking for a nice vegetable option to dinner discovered delice sarrasin. I read a series of reviews (mostly great, some not so much,) but thought it looked promising. we were not disappointed! we ordered many dinge to try and ate more than we should have! foie gras vegetale and the escargot to start. both were great! then we had the boef bourguignon and the coq au vin. These two were both big, but so similar that I also ordered the aiguillette de canard to try their since then. it was great. we finished with her la suzette crepe. far too much food for two people, and no, we didn't finish, but it was such a tasty bite to try it all and it was wonderful. now for some other points. if they are not used to eat vegan, they understand that some of these foods is an approximation and that is what it should be. since then is not the same as “meat” either (although I must admit that their art was quite amazing.) and the foie gras has a milder taste than the actual. also this is not “healthy” vegan. many fat and calorie, but far, much less than the real thing would have been. it was exactly what we wanted and we would definitely recommend it.
