Crab House Seafood All You Can Eat

I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was fantastic! The food arrived in just about 5 minutes, and it was hot and delicious. Robin was wonderful and frequently checked in on us. A big shoutout to you! I had a wonderful evening here.

Despite being an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the quality of the food was fantastic! There were numerous options, with a wonderful variety of textures and flavors. The service was good overall, though I wasn't a fan of the rule that requires guests to wait in the lobby until the entire party has arrived. Be sure to try the scorpion bowl—it's definitely worth it and great for sharing. This is definitely a place I would return to when I’m ready to indulge!

My only other issue, aside from the pricey iced tea refills, was the service. It started off great—our server was friendly, fun, and offered excellent suggestions. But once the food runners began bringing our meals, our server seemed to vanish and was hard to find. We had to wave down other staff members for refills and condiments. It wasn't a major problem, but it does prevent me from giving a full five stars when I have to leave my table just to get simple requests like drink refills. Regardless, I’m not discouraged, and I will definitely come back the next time I'm in NYC!

The experience wasn't bad, but they will literally kick you out after your 2 hours is up.The food was ok, the lobster mac and cheese was awful. The set up of the restaurant is cool and I enjoyed the music.

It's so nice here. The food is Delicious and very plentiful. High recommended.
