Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York City

Everything was great – good service, friendly staff, very clean environment and eating was fresh and on par for what they would expect in a chipotle.

They charged me $3 extra for guacamole it was barely a spoonful

This Chipotle is the worst location I have ever been. They always run out of Meats or Vegetables by 6:00 pm and nobody here knows how to roll a Burrito. With so many options in the area avoid this place.

Dear Chipotle,I work nearby and was your customer for past 7 years. You let hackers steal my debit card info and I had to replace it because of you. Today, I tried to get regular bowl to go and had to cancel the order. Do you want to know why? Size of your portions. When I asked to add more and do regular portion he said that it will be extra. But hey, I did not ask for a kid's meal, I asked for a regular portion for a grown man.Is it your corporate, local owner or personal greed?Whatever, I don't really care.Good bye Chipotle on 3rd Ave and 55th street.And have a greed day.

The workers at this location don’t know that tap water is free in the city if NY. I asked for a cup for tap water and two workers argued that is was not free. I would have to pay for a fountain drink.Chipotle, educate your employees a little better. A paying customer should not have to argue for city water.
