Cava Nolita - New York City

While it may not seem flashy, this restaurant is truly extraordinary. It is incredibly convenient to have a high-quality salad bar with satisfying and delicious options. I visited at least 3 or 4 times during my one-week stay in New York and give it a perfect 10 out of 10.

This restaurant offers build-your-own bowls with clearly labeled vegan options! The falafel and mixed veggies were both delicious.

I love getting a bowl of mixed greens and rice with all the toppings at least once a week from this restaurant. When you add all the optional toppings, you get a huge bowl that I usually have to split into two meals. The falafels are delicious and one of the best in town in my opinion. They might have some potato in them, but whatever it is, it tastes great. The price is unbeatable, under $10 including tax. The service is super friendly as well. The manager apologized for my order being late and even offered me a drink while I waited.

A cute spot with lovely outdoor seating area. Nothing was labeled as vegan and the guy working the counter didn’t know what vegan meant let alone which options were vegan. He was very nice and we talked through all the ingredients and I wound up with a really delicious bowl!

The food at this restaurant is both delicious and nutritious, and the atmosphere is filled with positive vibes and friendly smiles. The staff is helpful and answers questions in a welcoming manner. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again as a repeat customer!
