Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This is as much against the new app as it is the staff at this location. I ordered through the app and when I tried to add my wife's burger it stopped me from continuing until I customized it. I must not have read it well, but it looked like all the other ordering apps where you check off all the things you want to include. SURPRISE! This one is the opposite, and you only check off what you don't want. I didn't even ask to customize it so this popup came out out of nowhere and I couldn't continue until I did it. I was hungry and just wanted to put my order in...The second burger I ordered didn't bring up any random popup customization menu. The app told me to wait 20 minutes(does that even count as FAST food? so I waited in my car out back. I went in to pick it up and still had to wait 5 minutes. The staff laughed when I told them my name and I thought it was a bit weird. When I got home I found out why.The first burger was just a single piece of cheese with a splotch of mustard on it. A $9 piece of cheese with mustard on it. When I called, the manager told me it's exactly what I ordered. Fair enough, thanks to a poorly designed app. Could they have at least checked? She said some people do that and they had no way to verify if it was correct or not... I was standing there waiting for my food for 5 minutes. 25 minutes to make one burger meal, a blizzard and a piece of cheese, and not one brain in their heads to share to ask if my order was correct. Totally pathetic all around.

Love their food, but this branch is always filled with flies, and the cleanliness of the branch is not that great, they always mix up your order, adding extra bacon or sometimes you order bacon and there is no bacon.

Convenient location. Awesome ice cream! Cute little patio out front. Limited seating inside, only a couple stools. Service is good as well.

Staff here are on the ball ! ....I have went in a few times recently and find the staff friendly and attentive in serving ! Keep up the great service , it doesn't go unnoticed ! :

Great blizzard, great service, have been coming to this location for about 20 years and never have been disappointed. Ice cream cakes, blizzards and sundaes are all fantastic. Service with a smile, quick and easy. Nothing I can complain about.
