Dunkin' - New London

After school full if kids. Waitstaff was very good as was the wait time. Parking is easy. Good place for a quick bite at a reasonable price.

I will say we have been to a few Dunkin? Donuts around this area, but this Dunkin? is the best place around hands down!! They actually take pride in their work, they are friendly and they are efficient! Other Dunkin?s in the area need to come and trainhere!! ???????????

Staff very rude. I use to go here all the time not so much anymore I understand being short staffed but being rude to customers is not going to help.

The coffee has an acidic aftertaste that makes me salivate. Not from this region, so not a fan.

The coffee rush rules. Good luck trying to get through to an employee if there is a family emergency because the store wont pick up the phone and if they do they will refuse to let you speak to them. Family pet dying? Too bad. Wouldn?t want someone to haveto wait an extra minute or two for their coffee! Also, their breakfast sandwiches taste like cleaning fluid. I refuse to buythem at this location anymore. Once is a fluke, 5 times is unacceptable. Also they refuse to fire employees who are verballyabusive to both customers and coworkers because they are understaffed as it is. You also may not het your drink made correctlybecause certain employees like to ?do it their own way?.
