Contribuiți la feedbackSince caffè nero has moved from its old place in the new shop opposite; I was about 5 times in the last two months. every time the personal was really beautiful. ben and eri are super chatty and there is a dark...haired chap with black glasses that is also really friendly. the personal is happy to make drinks in their reusable beaker no problem; and if they have good or codes to redeem it is not a problem. there is often a waiting queue; but this is because it is popular, and every drink is handmade with care.
I have just visited the caffe nero store in ringwood bh24 and the creation of the personal of the young who served is just horrific without knowing at all! I wanted a flapjack from the display and asked if it was...puffed free his answer was “I have no idea” so I asked him if it was found out; his colleague also said I had no idea. and that was the end of him I said they should have made an allergenic manual and he huffed and puffed and pulled out loose paperwork and could not find that he said end of the day it is customer responsibility to know the allergens! really! I have been operating coffee shops and restaurants for 30 years and have never heard of such travel! articles should be marked and the personal should be aware of the allergens of what they sell when it is not packed! or at least have a manual to let them know! talk about lack of security and loss of turnover
Three girls who serve this morning, all right in their misery. the service was very slow. in 15 minutes sitting there (11:15-11:30) no table was cleaned. the floor was dirty, and the bookshelves are covered with dust. it didn't look like the place this year had a proper cleanliness.
Popped in for Sunday morning coffee to be greeted by the poorest male worker, no good morning, no hallo, nothing, they have to top customer service skills, very poor . will not go back there, it is dirty and involuntary.
My son and I went in the cafe and had festive drinks and cakes. We were met by a surly, dirty, unkempt and unfriendly barista who when asked if there were any mince pies replied no in a very rude tone. He was very put...out at serving us and my son was given a tasteless frappe. I complained to this particular barista about this frappe and he mumbled something about my son having covid. I said pardon and he didn 't repeat this rude remark. He then made another frappe and said 'Lets hope this one tastes of something ' with no apology. He was more concerned about telling us that they close in 9 minutes. I used to love coming in this place but some of the staff are rude, grumpy and lazy.
