Kfc - New Britain

Tenders half the size in the pictures. App is garbage doesn 't work. Says my local KFC doesn 't support pickup orders but you go there and they have a whole shelving unit for mobile orders. No prices listed on the Deals section of the app. And to top itall off the prices are stupid expensive. $38 for 12 tenders and 3 sides?? The girl who took my order was very nicethankfully!

If they have an option for NO STAR I would of chose that. Never again will my family or I eat here again. Last night purchased a chicken dinner meal and it wasn't long before everything came back up. If you don't know what that means, let me be clear,everyone vomited. Everyone who ate it, became violently sick and still dealing with the repercussions.

KFC has really disappointed me; my chicken was undercooked, the mashed potatoes were not properly prepared, and the service was terrible.

I waited in line for over ten minutes, with two cars ahead of me waiting for their orders. Inside, the staff were joking and laughing while playing with their phones. They cleared the screen to make it look like they were working, but in reality, they weren't doing their jobs.

This is one of the cleanest KFCs I’ve been to. The staff were very friendly and assisted us with our order, finding a way to save us some money in the process.
